By booking a stay or cruise with Madonna House Boat, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Deposit RequirementYou must pay a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. The rest of the balance is due before you board the boat.
• Identity VerificationAll guests must show a valid government ID (like a Passport or Aadhaar Card) when boarding. Foreign guests must show a valid passport and visa.

Check-in and check-out times vary strictly depending on your selected booking plan:

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to vessel availability and may incur additional charges.

All houseboats in the Kerala backwaters operate in accordance with government maritime and safety laws:

• Night Docking (5:30 PM – 7:30 AM): Houseboats cannot cruise between 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM. This is a local law. We anchor the boat during these hours. This keeps you safe and lets local fishers lay their nets.
• Air Conditioning: For overnight plans, bedroom AC runs from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. If you want 24-hour AC, you must book a premium luxury package.

To ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members:

• Please follow all crew instructions. You must wear life jackets in deep water.
• Illegal drugs and dangerous items are not allowed on board.
• You cannot bring pets unless we approve it in writing before your trip.
• If you damage the boat, furniture, or gear due to careless behavior, you must pay for repairs.

These terms follow the laws of India. If any dispute arises about your booking or cruise, it will be handled by the courts in Alappuzha, Kerala, India.
